1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using turkiyemfg.com (the “Website”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
These Terms apply to all visitors, buyers, listed companies and registered members. Additional terms may apply to specific paid services and will be shown to you before you purchase them.

2. About the Platform

Turkiyemfg (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an online business directory that presents Turkish manufacturers and industrial companies to international buyers. The Website is operated from Ankara, Türkiye.
We are an information and promotion platform only. We are not a manufacturer, seller, broker, agent or freight forwarder, and we are not a party to any transaction between a buyer and a listed company. The Website does not process orders or payments for goods between users.

3. Eligibility and Use of the Website

The Website is intended for business use by people who are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts, or who act on behalf of a company with proper authority.
You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your activities, including export and import rules, customs requirements and trade sanctions.

4. Company Listings and Directory Content

Listings present business information about manufacturers that meet our selection criteria. Please note the following:

Selection. We aim to list companies located in organized industrial zones in Türkiye that have export capability and a corporate website. We may add, edit, reorder or remove listings at our discretion.
Free basic listing. A basic listing is free of charge unless stated otherwise. A listing does not guarantee any ranking, visibility or number of inquiries.
Listings compiled by us. Many listings are created by us from publicly available sources and company websites, not submitted by the companies themselves. A listing does not mean the company has a business relationship with us or endorses the Website.
No endorsement. Presence or position in the directory is not a quality assessment, certification or recommendation of any company.
Logos and trademarks. Company names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are shown only to identify the listed company.

5. Information Sources and Accuracy

We do not guarantee that listing information is accurate, complete or current. Company names, sectors, locations, product descriptions, contact details and certifications come from public sources or from the companies, and they can change without notice.
Before any transaction, buyers should independently verify a company’s identity, licenses, certificates, financial standing and product quality. If the Website uses a “verified” label or similar, it means only that we checked the specific items described on the Website and nothing more.

6. Correction, Claim and Removal Requests

Any company can ask us to correct, update, claim or remove its listing by writing to contact@turkiyemfg.com from a company email address. We may ask for proof that you are authorized to act for the company.
We aim to respond within 10 business days. Once a listing is removed, it stops appearing on the Website; copies stored by search engines may take some time to disappear. Requests about personal data are also covered by Section 14.

7. Registration, Membership and Paid Services

Basic listing is currently free. We may introduce registration, membership plans and paid services in the future, and these Terms will apply to them together with any plan-specific terms.

Accounts. If you register, you must give accurate information, keep your login details secure and take responsibility for all activity under your account.
Plans and fees. Prices, features, billing period, renewal and cancellation rules will be shown before you buy. Fees exclude taxes unless stated otherwise.
Refunds. Unless the law requires otherwise or the plan says so, fees are non-refundable once the paid period has started.
No guaranteed results. Paid plans may improve how a company is presented (for example, extra profile content or featured placement), but we do not promise leads, sales or any business result.
Suspension. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these Terms, and we will give notice of material changes to paid features.

8. Inquiries, Requests and Business Dealings Between Users

Any agreement between a buyer and a listed company, including price, delivery, quality, warranty, payment terms and disputes, is solely between those two parties. We do not guarantee that a company will respond, deliver or be paid, and we recommend written contracts and secure payment methods.
If you send an inquiry or request through the Website, you agree that we may share the details you provide (such as your name, company, email and requirements) with relevant listed companies. Please do not include sensitive personal data or confidential trade secrets in forms.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to do any of the following:

Copy, scrape or harvest directory data or company contact details in bulk, by bots or otherwise, or build databases for resale or unsolicited marketing, without our written permission.
Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages to listed companies using information from the Website.
Submit false, misleading or infringing information, or pretend to be another person or company.
Interfere with the security or operation of the Website, attempt unauthorized access or introduce malicious code.
Use the Website for unlawful purposes, including breaching sanctions or export controls.

If you break these rules, we may block your access, remove content and report the matter to the authorities.

10. Third-Party Links and Content

The Website links to company websites, social media pages (such as LinkedIn) and other third-party resources. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement, and the terms and privacy policies of those sites apply when you visit them.

11. Intellectual Property

The Website’s design, text, structure, logo and the compilation of the directory belong to us or our licensors and are protected by Turkish and international law. You may view and use the Website for your own business purposes, but you may not copy, republish or sell its content without our written permission.
If you or your company submit content to us (such as logos, descriptions or images), you confirm that you have the right to do so. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and adapt that content to operate and promote the Website. This license ends when the content is removed, apart from backups and cached copies that are deleted in the normal course.
If you believe content on the Website infringes your rights, write to contact@turkiyemfg.com with details and we will review it promptly.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its content is accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose. We make no promise about business results from using the Website.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Website, your reliance on listings or your dealings with listed companies.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Website is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or USD 100 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for intent or gross negligence.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

We process personal data in line with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and, where it applies, the GDPR, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Business contact details of listed companies, such as company emails, phone numbers and the names of company representatives, are shown for business purposes. Anyone may ask us to access, correct or delete their personal data by writing to contact@turkiyemfg.com.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. We will announce material changes on the Website, or by email to registered members, and your continued use of the Website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory rights you may have under the law of your own country.
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms are written in English, and if they are translated, the English version prevails.

Kullanım Şartları ve Koşulları

1. Şartların Kabulü

turkiyemfg.com’a (“Web Sitesi”) erişerek veya kullanarak bu Şartlar ve Koşulları (“Şartlar”) kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen Web Sitesini kullanmayın.
Bu Şartlar tüm ziyaretçiler, alıcılar, listelenen firmalar ve kayıtlı üyeler için geçerlidir. Belirli ücretli hizmetlere ek şartlar uygulanabilir; bunlar satın almadan önce size gösterilir.

2. Platform Hakkında

Turkiyemfg (“biz”, “bizim”), Türk üreticilerini ve sanayi firmalarını uluslararası alıcılara tanıtan çevrimiçi bir iş rehberidir. Web Sitesi Ankara, Türkiye’den işletilmektedir.
Biz yalnızca bir bilgilendirme ve tanıtım platformuyuz. Üretici, satıcı, komisyoncu, acente veya nakliyeci değiliz ve alıcı ile listelenen firma arasındaki hiçbir işlemin tarafı değiliz. Web Sitesi, kullanıcılar arasında mal siparişi veya ödemesi işlemez.

3. Uygunluk ve Web Sitesinin Kullanımı

Web Sitesi, en az 18 yaşında ve sözleşme yapma ehliyetine sahip kişilerin ya da yetkili olarak bir şirket adına hareket edenlerin ticari kullanımına yöneliktir.
İhracat ve ithalat kuralları, gümrük gereklilikleri ve ticari yaptırımlar dahil, faaliyetleriniz için geçerli tüm yasalara uymaktan siz sorumlusunuz.

4. Firma Listeleri ve Rehber İçeriği

Listeler, seçim kriterlerimizi karşılayan üreticilerin ticari bilgilerini sunar. Lütfen şunlara dikkat edin:

Seçim. Türkiye’de organize sanayi bölgelerinde bulunan, ihracat kapasitesine ve kurumsal web sitesine sahip firmaları listelemeyi hedefleriz. Listeleri dilediğimiz gibi ekleyebilir, düzenleyebilir, sıralamasını değiştirebilir veya kaldırabiliriz.
Ücretsiz temel liste. Aksi belirtilmedikçe temel listeleme ücretsizdir. Listelenmek; herhangi bir sıralamayı, görünürlüğü veya talep sayısını garanti etmez.
Tarafımızca derlenen listeler. Birçok liste, firmaların kendi başvurusuyla değil, tarafımızca kamuya açık kaynaklardan ve firma web sitelerinden oluşturulur. Listelenmek, firmanın bizimle bir ticari ilişkisi olduğu veya Web Sitesini onayladığı anlamına gelmez.
Onay veya tavsiye yoktur. Rehberde yer almak ya da belirli bir sırada görünmek, hiçbir firma için kalite değerlendirmesi, sertifika veya tavsiye anlamına gelmez.
Logolar ve markalar. Firma adları, logoları ve markaları sahiplerine aittir ve yalnızca ilgili firmayı tanımlamak amacıyla gösterilir.

5. Bilgi Kaynakları ve Doğruluk

Liste bilgilerinin doğru, eksiksiz veya güncel olduğunu garanti etmeyiz. Firma adları, sektörler, konumlar, ürün açıklamaları, iletişim bilgileri ve sertifikalar kamuya açık kaynaklardan veya firmalardan gelir ve önceden haber verilmeden değişebilir.
Herhangi bir işlemden önce alıcılar, firmanın kimliğini, lisanslarını, sertifikalarını, mali durumunu ve ürün kalitesini bağımsız olarak doğrulamalıdır. Web Sitesi “doğrulanmış” veya benzeri bir ifade kullanırsa, bu yalnızca Web Sitesinde açıklanan belirli unsurları kontrol ettiğimiz anlamına gelir, başka bir şey ifade etmez.

6. Düzeltme, Sahiplenme ve Kaldırma Talepleri

Herhangi bir firma, listesinin düzeltilmesini, güncellenmesini, sahiplenilmesini veya kaldırılmasını, firma e-posta adresinden contact@turkiyemfg.com adresine yazarak talep edebilir. Firma adına hareket etme yetkinizi gösteren belge isteyebiliriz.
10 iş günü içinde yanıt vermeyi hedefleriz. Bir liste kaldırıldığında Web Sitesinde görünmeyi bırakır; arama motorlarında saklanan kopyaların kaybolması biraz zaman alabilir. Kişisel verilere ilişkin talepler ayrıca 14. Madde kapsamındadır.

7. Kayıt, Üyelik ve Ücretli Hizmetler

Temel listeleme şu anda ücretsizdir. İleride kayıt, üyelik planları ve ücretli hizmetler sunabiliriz; bunlara, plana özel şartlarla birlikte bu Şartlar da uygulanır.

Hesaplar. Kayıt olursanız doğru bilgi vermeli, giriş bilgilerinizi güvende tutmalı ve hesabınız altındaki tüm faaliyetlerden sorumlu olmalısınız.
Planlar ve ücretler. Fiyatlar, özellikler, faturalama dönemi, yenileme ve iptal kuralları satın almadan önce gösterilir. Aksi belirtilmedikçe ücretlere vergiler dahil değildir.
İadeler. Kanun aksini gerektirmedikçe veya plan aksini belirtmedikçe, ücretli dönem başladıktan sonra ücretler iade edilmez.
Sonuç garantisi yoktur. Ücretli planlar bir firmanın sunumunu iyileştirebilir (örneğin ek profil içeriği veya öne çıkan yerleşim), ancak potansiyel müşteri, satış veya herhangi bir ticari sonuç vaat etmeyiz.
Askıya alma. Bu Şartları ihlal eden bir hesabı askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz; ücretli özelliklerdeki önemli değişiklikleri önceden bildiririz.

8. Talepler, Başvurular ve Kullanıcılar Arasındaki Ticari İşlemler

Bir alıcı ile listelenen firma arasındaki her türlü anlaşma (fiyat, teslimat, kalite, garanti, ödeme koşulları ve uyuşmazlıklar dahil) yalnızca bu iki taraf arasındadır. Bir firmanın yanıt vereceğini, teslimat yapacağını veya ödeme alacağını garanti etmeyiz; yazılı sözleşme ve güvenli ödeme yöntemleri öneririz.
Web Sitesi üzerinden bir talep veya başvuru gönderirseniz, sağladığınız bilgileri (adınız, şirketiniz, e-postanız ve ihtiyaçlarınız gibi) ilgili listelenen firmalarla paylaşabileceğimizi kabul edersiniz. Lütfen formlara hassas kişisel veri veya gizli ticari sır eklemeyin.

9. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım

Aşağıdakilerden hiçbirini yapmamayı kabul edersiniz:

Yazılı iznimiz olmadan rehber verilerini veya firma iletişim bilgilerini botlarla ya da başka yöntemlerle toplu olarak kopyalamak, kazımak veya toplamak; ya da yeniden satış veya istenmeyen pazarlama için veritabanı oluşturmak.
Web Sitesindeki bilgileri kullanarak listelenen firmalara spam veya istenmeyen ticari mesajlar göndermek.
Yanlış, yanıltıcı veya hak ihlali yaratan bilgi göndermek ya da başka bir kişi veya firma gibi davranmak.
Web Sitesinin güvenliğine veya işleyişine müdahale etmek, yetkisiz erişim denemek veya zararlı kod yüklemek.
Web Sitesini, yaptırımları veya ihracat kontrollerini ihlal etmek dahil, hukuka aykırı amaçlarla kullanmak.

Bu kuralları ihlal ederseniz erişiminizi engelleyebilir, içeriği kaldırabilir ve durumu yetkili mercilere bildirebiliriz.

10. Üçüncü Taraf Bağlantılar ve İçerik

Web Sitesi; firma web sitelerine, sosyal medya sayfalarına (LinkedIn gibi) ve diğer üçüncü taraf kaynaklara bağlantılar içerir. Bunları kontrol etmeyiz; içeriklerinden, güvenliklerinden veya gizlilik uygulamalarından sorumlu değiliz. Bir bağlantı onay anlamına gelmez; bu sitelere girdiğinizde onların şartları ve gizlilik politikaları geçerlidir.

11. Fikri Mülkiyet

Web Sitesinin tasarımı, metinleri, yapısı, logosu ve rehberin derlemesi bize veya lisans verenlerimize aittir ve Türk ve uluslararası hukuk kapsamında korunur. Web Sitesini kendi ticari amaçlarınız için görüntüleyebilir ve kullanabilirsiniz; ancak içeriğini yazılı iznimiz olmadan kopyalayamaz, yeniden yayımlayamaz veya satamazsınız.
Bize içerik (logo, açıklama veya görsel gibi) gönderirseniz, bunu yapmaya hakkınız olduğunu onaylarsınız. Web Sitesini işletmek ve tanıtmak amacıyla bu içeriği barındırmamız, görüntülememiz ve uyarlamamız için bize dünya çapında, münhasır olmayan, telifsiz bir lisans vermiş olursunuz. Bu lisans, içerik kaldırıldığında sona erer; olağan süreçte silinen yedekler ve önbellek kopyaları hariçtir.
Web Sitesindeki bir içeriğin haklarınızı ihlal ettiğini düşünüyorsanız, ayrıntılarla birlikte contact@turkiyemfg.com adresine yazın; en kısa sürede inceleriz.

12. Garanti Reddi

Web Sitesi “olduğu gibi” ve “mevcut haliyle” sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, Web Sitesinin kesintisiz veya hatasız olacağına, içeriğinin doğru, eksiksiz veya belirli bir amaca uygun olduğuna dair garanti vermeyiz. Web Sitesini kullanmanızdan ticari sonuç elde edileceği konusunda herhangi bir taahhütte bulunmayız.

13. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması

Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde; Web Sitesini kullanmanızdan, listelere güvenmenizden veya listelenen firmalarla yaptığınız işlemlerden doğan dolaylı, arızi, özel veya sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan zararlardan ya da kâr, gelir, veri veya itibar kaybından sorumlu değiliz.
Web Sitesiyle ilgili herhangi bir talep için toplam sorumluluğumuz, talebin doğduğu tarihten önceki 12 ayda bize ödediğiniz ücretlerle, hiçbir ödeme yapmadıysanız 100 ABD Doları ile sınırlıdır. Bu Şartlardaki hiçbir hüküm, kasıt veya ağır kusur sorumluluğu dahil, yürürlükteki hukuk uyarınca hariç tutulamayacak sorumlulukları ortadan kaldırmaz.

14. Gizlilik ve Kişisel Verilerin Korunması

Kişisel verileri, Gizlilik Politikamızda açıklandığı üzere 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve uygulanabildiği durumlarda GDPR doğrultusunda işleriz.
Listelenen firmaların şirket e-postaları, telefon numaraları ve firma temsilcilerinin adları gibi ticari iletişim bilgileri, ticari amaçlarla gösterilir. Herkes, kişisel verilerine erişim, düzeltme veya silme talebini contact@turkiyemfg.com adresine yazarak iletebilir.

15. Şartlarda Değişiklik

Bu Şartları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Bu sayfanın üstündeki tarih en güncel sürümü gösterir. Önemli değişiklikleri Web Sitesinde veya kayıtlı üyelere e-posta ile duyururuz; bir değişiklikten sonra Web Sitesini kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş Şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

16. Uygulanacak Hukuk ve Yetki

Bu Şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Kendi ülkenizin hukukuna göre sahip olabileceğiniz emredici haklar saklı kalmak kaydıyla, her türlü uyuşmazlıkta Ankara mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir.
Bu Şartların herhangi bir hükmü uygulanamaz bulunursa, geri kalanı yürürlükte kalır. Bu Şartlar İngilizce yazılmıştır; çevirilerle farklılık olması halinde İngilizce sürüm geçerlidir.
